User Conduct

In consideration of the availability and your use of Protein District.ae, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions when using such site. You acknowledge that Protein District.ae may investigate any violations of law and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users in this regard. Additionally, you agree not to:

– post, transmit, link to, or otherwise distribute any materials, information or content constituting, advocating or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise use Protein District.ae in a manner which is contrary to law or would serve to restrict or inhibit any other user or customer from using or enjoying Protein District.ae or the Internet;

– defame, abuse, stalk, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including without limitation, rights relating to privacy and publicity;

– post, transmit, link to, or otherwise distribute any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information; or

– post, transmit, link to, or otherwise distribute any information, materials or content (including for greater certainty, software) which contains a virus, cancelbot, Trojan horse, worm or other harmful or disruptive component.

Dealing with Third Parties

You acknowledge and agree that your correspondence or business dealings with any third parties, including without limitation any merchants or advertisers, found on or through Protein District.ae, including without limitation payment for and delivery of related goods and services, and all other terms, conditions, representations and warranties related to such dealings, are solely as between you and such third parties. Protein District.ae assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any charges you or any user of your account incurs when making purchases or other transactions in this manner. Further, the responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in connection with any such transactions shall be yours alone. You agree that Protein District.ae shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, any such dealings or transactions.

General Provisions

This agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between ProteinDistrict.ae and you pertaining to your use of ProteinDistrict.ae and supersedes any prior agreements between you and ProteinDistrict.ae with respect to the subject matter hereof. ProteinDistrict.ae failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of any right or provision. If any of the provisions (or parts thereof) contained in these Terms and Conditions are determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions (or parts thereof) contained herein. No changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be made except by a revised posting on this page or except as otherwise expressly contemplated herein. The parties have required that these Terms and Conditions and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.

Copyright, Trademarks and other Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all materials on the Site the Reviews and Rewards Programs, including the Site’s design, text, graphics, sounds, pictures, software and other files and the selection and arrangement thereof, (collectively, “Materials”), are our property and are subject to and protected by United States and international copyright and other intellectual property laws and rights. Other copyrights, trademarks, product names, company names, logos or intellectual property are the property of the respective owners with all rights reserved. Any use of any Materials or Marks owned Proteindistrict.ae is considered an infringement or our intellectual property rights (including patent rights) and will be legally pursued as such.

By agreeing to the terms of use contained in this Agreement, you agree that you will not use any text, photos, likenesses or other copyrighted or protected material of Proteindistrict.ae or of other third parties without the prior express written consent of Proteindistrict.ae.

No Statements Regarding Product Claims:

You represent and warrant that you will not make any statements and/or product claims not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration. If you are unsure about the answer about a product or service, refer others to the manufacturer directly. On each product page we have direct links to the manufacturer’s website.

Reselling Products:

Any product purchased Proteindistrict.ae for reselling purposes must be resold at the same or higher price than Proteindistrict.ae referenced as “our price.” This is necessary to adhere to policies of Minimum Advertised Price. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of your Proteindistrict.ae account and forfeiture of any and all Rewards Credit in the account

Cancellation and Refund

Our Protein District Online Store guarantees that all sold products are original, authentic, in an excellent condition, and have a minimum of 3 months till expiry date for supplements and 1 month for snacks. If one or more of these conditions are not met in your order, we will be glad to fully refund, return, or exchange it upon your request. Otherwise; we will be sorry not to refund or return it.

Moreover; if the order is not picked up from our warehouses, we can modify or cancel it upon your request.
